CWFL believes that faith impacts how one shows up, takes part in the world, and influences the community. As leaders, faith plays a part in how one leads, whether through outward expression or inward commitment.
Through the fellowship programs, women leaders from multi-faith backgrounds come together, share their faith, build relationships, and support each other while growing leadership skills.
The programs are designed to appreciate and foster the aptitudes of each individual as endowed by the Divine, so every participant can reach their full potential. Fellows learn how to build resilience, adapt to change, and live their values and beliefs so they can effectively work out their life’s purpose and create a legacy of impact.
Our mission
The Center for Women, Faith & Leadership (CWFL) equips women from multi-faiths to advance in leadership and influence decision-making in global affairs, emphasizing areas where women are most affected yet have had the least influence: religious freedom, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding.
Who we serve
CWFL supports and equips women of faith globally who serve in their communities.
Through policy, global affairs, peacebuilding, humanitarian aid, media advocacy, education, public health, and corporate business, the CWFL network is rich with culture, experience, influence, and purpose.

Accredited through Pepperdine University, the Global Multi-faith Fellowship grants a Certificate in Global Leadership and Multi-faith Engagement.
